Before you have access to bid, you will need to show proof of funds for the required earnest money down payment. This may be accomplished by sending the proof of funds to AuctioneerDonRose@gmail.com or sending a photo on your phone to 419-351-0978, at least 24 hours prior to the auction ending time. Proof of funds consists of a copy, fax, or original of a current bank statement or brokerage statement in the bidder's name showing enough funds for a $5,000.
EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT:
Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via cashier's check payable to Don Rose Auction & Realty, 241 Main St., Bowling Green, OH 43402 in the amount of $5,000. Once you are the confirmed winner of the property. The successful online bidder will be notified the following morning after the closing of the auction and emailed the Auction Purchase Agreement and other related documents to sign and return. Balance will be paid in full at closing on or before 30 Days of the auction ending.

Survey and Title work provided! A new survey has been completed to show the septic mound belonging to the Owner to the North and where it is located on the property we are selling. There is no easement on record. You are bidding on this property with knowledge of the encroachment. We are selling this land “as-is”.
